Soloparenting is a social club which I began with the aim to provide single parents with a support network as well as a means to get together on a monthly basis to have some fun. Single parents often feel very isolated as they financially cannot afford to hire a babysitter and they also do not have a partner. Soloparenting provides a way in which to interact with other parents in a similar situation while also having some fun. 

Membership is free but I am looking to expand the services which Soloparenting provides so any donations of unwanted goods (eg. second hand baby clothes, toys etc.) which you no longer use would be greatly appreciated to assist desperate single parents and underage parents. If you are in a position to perhaps offer any services free of charge or at a reduced cost which you think single parents may need, please e-mail me at soloparenting@talc.co.za.
